COLD PLASMA GUN

This design generates cold plasma to freeze water. You can create a high-power cold plasma gun by controlling other parameters like gas pressure and high voltage control. This way, you can pressurize the helium and create cold plasma. Adjust the di-electric barrier correctly and leave a bit of space between the electrodes for maximum arc generation.

To operate it correctly, make sure to turn the gas supply ON first, then turn on the high-voltage generator.
